Role & responsibilities

Job description:

Job Type: Full-Time

Own the quarterly/yearend close and group consolidation

Manage intercompany eliminations, pushdown accounting, Purchase Price Allocation (PPA), goodwill & intangible amortization, and impairment testing.

Oversee multicurrency translation and remeasurement and hedge accounting coordination with Treasury.

Review & control over accounting of non-routine transactions across the subsidiaries.

Ensure accurate segment reporting and footnote disclosures, related party, consolidation, and financial instruments.

Establish and maintain robust internal controls over financial reporting.

Prepare and review group accounting memos; drive accounting policy harmonization across subsidiaries.

Liaising for external auditors and internal audit

Implementation of consolidation tool. Ensuring compliance & continuous monitoring of the tool and global chart of accounts mapping.
