Job Description
- The role involves managing complex client contracts by interpreting financial terms, unpacking deal models, and ensuring accurate entry of contract data into financial tools.
- Responsibilities include creating calculation tools, maintaining SLA metrics, supporting renewal discussions, and building forecast files aligned with contract schedules.
- The position oversees annual budgeting and monthly forecasting, including developing baseline operating plans, projecting revenue and variable margins, and managing forecasts across full contract terms.
- The analyst will prepare revenue and cost budgets, perform driver based variance analysis, lead monthly financial reviews with business partners, and track financial risks and opportunities.
- Additional duties include creating and maintaining financial templates, pricing models, journal entries, and providing ad hoc financial support.Month end responsibilities involve revenue validation, variance analysis, accruals, topside entries, and updating risk/opportunity forecasts.
- The role also requires generating P&L reports using Workday and Adaptive Insights, preparing ad hoc reporting, and presenting financial insights to business leaders.Pricing duties include building client pricing models, validating pricing approvals, and supporting non Deal Team pricing requests.
- The analyst provides clear financial analysis to guide margin improvement and operates with minimal supervision.Requirements:
- 8+ years of financial analysis experience, commerce background
- (B.Com/BBA),expertise in FP&A and project accounting, strong business acumen, financial modeling proficiency, understanding of GAAP/SOX, analytical/problem solving skills, multitasking ability, and excellent communication
- Experience with Workday and Adaptive Insights is a strong advantage
