Job Description:

Role Overview:

- End-to-end recruitment for C2H positions

- Manage hiring requirements across multiple clients

- Source, screen, and submit quality profiles within defined timelines

- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and stakeholders

- Manage offer rollout and candidate onboarding

- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports

 What Were Looking For:

- Prior experience in C2H / IT recruitment

- Exposure to working with multiple clients - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and ATS tools

- Ability to thrive in an onsite, delivery-focused environment
