Job Description Deputy Manager/Manager - Learning & Development
Location: Bommasandra, Bangalore
Role Overview -The Deputy Manager/ Manager L&D is responsible for managing hospital-wide training initiatives to ensure workforce capability, patient safety, and continuous compliance with hospital accreditation standards. The role supports learning for clinical and non-clinical staff and fosters a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities - Plan and execute L&D; programs aligned with hospital goals and accreditation standards. - Manage mandatory, statutory, and accreditation-related trainings. - Conduct training needs analysis and implement induction, competency, clinical, behavioral, and leadership programs.
- Facilitate internal training and coordinate with external trainers. - Maintain training calendars, attendance, competency records, and audit-ready documentation.
- Partner with Quality, Medical Education, Nursing Education, HR, and department heads.
- Prepare training MIS, dashboards, and audit reports. Key Requirements
- Masters degree in Psychology, HR, Hospital Administration, Organizational Development, Education, or related field.
- 58 years of Learning & Development experience in a reputed hospital. - Hands-on exposure to JCI, NABH, CAP, and NABL accreditations.
- Experience managing clinical and non-clinical training programs. - Strong facilitation, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
