Role: Customer Support Associate
We are hiring for multiple Customer Support roles across different language tracks. We are looking for professional communicators who can provide excellent service, handle customer queries with patience, and maintain high standards of discipline.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Practice active listening to confirm or clarify information and assist customers with their needs.
- Problem Solving: Professionally handle and diffuse difficult or frustrated callers to ensure a positive resolution.
- Product Knowledge: Learn service requirements to accurately answer questions and provide relevant follow-up information.
- Operational Discipline: Strictly adhere to shift timings and maintain a minimum of 9 hours of login per day.
Shift Details
- Shift Window: Rotational day shifts between 8:00 AM 8:00 PM.
- Login Requirement: Minimum 9 hours of login per day.
- Roster: Days-based rotational roster.
Language known :
- Fluent English plus proficiency in Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, or Malayalam.
