HIRING ADVISORS - PAYMENT TRACKING & RECEIPTING / BFS / FAO
INTERNATIONAL BLENDED SUPPORT

Role: Payment Tracking & Receipting
Designation: Advisor / Sr. Advisor
Location: Pune
Experience: 1+ years in FAO or BFS exp (Reconciliation AP/AR /Rec/GAFA)
CTC: 4PA to 7PA*(ctc mentioned is an indicative range reference ctc & offer will be basis process/lob selected & related defined policy)
Educational Qualification : - Bachelor's Degree in Commerce
Role and Key Responsibilities:
- Customer inquiry resolution , systems & process coordination, ticket management. Responding to customer calls & emails regarding contract management, inquiries, and resolving outstanding issues.
- Monitor and validate customer payments, confirm receipt, apply credits & handle payments from third parties.
- Ensure proper reconciliation & allocation of open credits in Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) & suspense accounts.
- Provide a monthly summary of collections and settlement activities, ensuring transparency & efficient reporting.
- Downloading MIS PC Limit report, consolidated floor plan report, current floor plan report, inventory, curtailment dues report, Outstanding Interest Report, Payment Report, ET Report, Managing daily demo/Used billings within WFS & coordinating with India on the billings.
- Creating request in AMS for payments, Daily RECO checker and sending confirmation to client & within the team to ensure no wrong payments is posted.
- Follow up with dealers for payment of interest dues with respect to inventory lines & dealers for payment of Curtailment dues with respect to inventory lines.
Key Skills & Knowledge:
- Reconciliation AP / AR / FAO / BSF Experience
- Payment Tracking & Receipting - Banking
- Fraud detection/ AML / Risk Containment / Credit Assessment added advantage
- Customer Service Orientation
- Resilience and Flexibility
- OK with night & 24/7 Shifts
- Good Spoken & Written English communication
- Team player, Punctual & Willing to learn
Location : Concentrix ,Amar Tech Center,12th Floor,Opp Ramwadi Metro Station,Viman Nagar, Pune-14.
Walkin Time : 11am to 5pm
