HIRING CUSTOMER SUPPORT ADVISORS

INTERNATIONAL VOICE & BLENDED SUPPORT

Role / Responsibilities & Skills :

• Role: Advisor & Sr. Advisor Customer Support
• Experience: Freshers & Experienced both are welcome to apply (Age:18+Years)
• Qualification: Graduate & Undergraduates both eligible
• Language Proficiency: Excellent Spoken & Written English Communication skills
• Work from Office. Should be comfortable with night & 24/7 shifts.
• CTC Upto 4.50 LPA* (basis process/lob selected & related defined policy)
• Handel inbound/outbound calls & chats for international customers basis defined business ask .
• Customer support - Resolve queries, process payments, update CRM etc
• Meet defined SLA & productivity targets.
• Should be a team player with customer service orientation & willing to learn.

Location : Concentrix ,Amar Tech Center,12th Floor,Opp Ramwadi Metro Station,Viman Nagar, Pune-14.

Walkin Time : 11am to 5pm
