Job Description
Role: Internal Auditor (Asst. Manager)
Experience: 4+ years in internal audit, including 3+ years in Big 4
Location: Mumbai, India (with global travel)
Qualification: CA or CIA (mandatory), CISA preferred
About the Role
Join Capgemini's Group Internal Audit (GIA) team to strengthen risk management, controls, and governance across global business units. This high-visibility role offers international exposure and direct interaction with senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct internal audits across financial, operational, and compliance areas
- Map processes, identify controls, and assess effectiveness
- Collaborate with management to address control gaps and improvement opportunities
- Prepare detailed audit reports and executive summaries
- Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel internationally (50 to 60%) with up to 8-10 international trips per year.
