Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct gold loan audits at assigned branches to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Verify customer documents, including KYC papers, and check for discrepancies.
Ensure accurate recording of transactions in the system and maintain a high level of accuracy.
Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to enhance branch operations.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
Need to travel across Bangalore city.
