Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Learning & Development Facilitator to support the design and delivery of training programs that enhance employee capability and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate classroom, virtual, and blended learning programs for employees
- Deliver training sessions on behavioral, functional, and/or leadership topics
- Support training needs analysis and program customization
- Engage participants through interactive facilitation techniques and activities
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts
- Manage training logistics including schedules, attendance, and feedback
- Evaluate training effectiveness and prepare reports
- Continuously improve content and facilitation methods based on feedback
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 13 years of experience in Learning & Development / Training / Facilitation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation and facilitation abilities
Job Location - Andheri (MIDC)
Immediate to 30 days of Notice period candidates preferred.
