Job Title: Technical Project Manager (Salesforce Preferred)
Job Type: 1-Year Contract
Shift: Day Shift
Location: Gurgaon
Experience Required: 3- 6 Years
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong preference for Salesforce expertise to lead and manage end-to-end Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Management
- Plan, execute, and manage Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables
- Manage project risks, resources, budgets, and stakeholder expectations
2. Technical Oversight
- Collaborate closely with Salesforce developers, architects, and administrators
- Review and approve solution designs, technical specifications, and system architecture
- Ensure best practices and scalable Salesforce solutions
3. Stakeholder Communication
- Act as a single point of contact between business and technical teams
- Conduct project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder presentations
- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
4. Team Leadership
- Lead cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and business analysts
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery
- Mentor and guide team members to achieve project goals
5. Quality Assurance & Documentation
- Ensure thorough testing and adherence to functional requirements
- Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and change management processes
- Maintain complete project documentation such as technical documents, change logs, and user manuals
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, MS Project, etc.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
- 3+ years of experience in Salesforce or technical project delivery
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a Project Manager or leadership role
