Your Role:
As a Technical Lead for Microsoft Apps Solutions and Databricks, you will define and drive the technical vision for enterprise-grade applications and analytics solutions built on the Microsoft Power Platform and Azure Databricks. This role combines low-code/no-code expertise with advanced data engineering and AI integration, enabling intelligent, scalable, and secure solutions that deliver measurable business value.
You will lead architecture and implementation, mentor development teams, and ensure seamless integration of Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Databricks for advanced analytics and AI-driven workflows. Your leadership will ensure solutions are optimized for performance, compliance, and cost-efficiency across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
Your Tasks:
- Lead the design and delivery of Microsoft Power Platform solutions integrated with Databricks.
- Architect data pipelines and analytics workflows for enterprise BI and AI applications.
- Define best practices for security, compliance, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Mentor development teams on Power Apps, Power Automate, and Databricks capabilities.
- Drive innovation through AI integration and automation within Microsoft ecosystem.
Your Profile (needed):
- 5+ years of experience in data and automation solution architecture using Microsoft technologies, with a proven successes in Generative and Agentic AI.
- Proven track record in leading solution design for generative technologies, including effort estimation, pricing, and client-facing business case development.
- Deep hands-on expertise with Microsoft Azure AI services, including Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Agent Service, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and Semantic Kernel.
- Demonstrated leadership in designing scalable, secure, and compliant enterprise AI solutions.
- Strong understanding of cloud design patterns, enterprise integration patterns, and responsible engineering practices.
- Experience identifying opportunities for transformation, automation, and AI within enterprise environments.
- Working knowledge of cloud architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure), enterprise integration patterns, and DevOps practices.
- Strong grasp of advanced AI concepts such as multi-agent workflows, reasoning and decision engines, and autonomous agent design.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
- Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks and Spark-based data processing.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data modeling for analytics.
- Knowledge of Azure Data Services (Data Lake, Synapse) and integration patterns.
- Understanding of enterprise security, governance, and compliance frameworks.
Your Profile (nice to have):
- Experience with multi-tenant applications and building mission-critical workloads on Azure.
- Familiarity with MLOps, LLMOps, and FinOps practices.
- Prior knowledge of Power Platform is a significant advantage.
- Understanding of Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) protocols.
- Experience with rapid prototyping of generative and agentic AI solutions.
- Familiarity with Microsoft, SAP, and Oracle suites and their AI integration capabilities.
- Experience with AI safety testing frameworks.
- Background in consulting or experience in a client-facing technical specialist role.
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric for unified analytics.
- Familiarity with Copilot Studio and Agentic AI workflows.
- Exposure to ML/AI integration within BI and data pipelines.
- Knowledge of RAG architectures and prompt engineering.
- Background in MLOps and AI lifecycle management.
