Job Description

Job Location : Japan / Bangalore

Design and drafting of mechanical parts for dry etching equipment's process chambers and associated units.

Mechanical development design tasks, investigation and analysis of equipment functionality improvements, planning and designing of evaluation products, experiments, evaluations, troubleshooting, support tasks such as creating BOMs, and document creation.

Involvement in the design and development of cutting-edge equipment and associated parts and their evaluation and analysis.

An environment where you can engage in a wide range of tasks, from creating design drawings using 3D CAD to mechanical analysis, experimentation, and verification of designed equipment, allowing for skill enhancement and comprehensive development as a mechanical engineer.

JLPT -N2/N1 certified

Good knowledge UG NX / Solid edge / CATIA V5

Work Experience

Practical experience in 2D CAD design/creation (more than 2 years)

Experience in not only routine tasks but also improvement and enhancement activities as an engineer

Practical experience in 3D CAD operation (3D model creation)

Basic knowledge of mechanical engineering (Thermal, materials, fluids, mechanical dynamics, etc.)

Simulation analysis (strength analysis, structural analysis, etc.)

Experimentation and execution/verification of designed equipment

Basic PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
