Job Description Apprentice Trainee / DET / GET (Fresher)
We are hiring Apprentice Trainees / Diploma Engineer Trainees (DET) / Graduate Engineer Trainees (GET) for Production, Maintenance, Quality and other allied departments in manufacturing industries.
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or related streams.
Experience: Fresher
Location: Chakan / Talegaon / Baramati/Kagal/Uralikanchan
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in machine operations and production activities.
Monitor production processes to achieve daily targets.
Maintain quality standards and reduce rejection/wastage.
Support preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines and equipment.
Handle electrical panels, wiring checks, sensors, PLC basics, and automation support.
Assist in inspection using measuring instruments like Vernier, Micrometer, Multimeter, etc.
Follow SOP, 5S, Kaizen, safety, and company rules.
Prepare daily reports and maintain records.
Work closely with seniors and team members for smooth operations.

Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics systems.
Understanding of drawings, machine components, and tools.
Basic knowledge of PLC, automation, sensors, motors preferred.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
