Role & responsibilities

We are hiring an Onboarding Executive responsible for acquiring and onboarding artists, painters, illustrators, and photographers onto our platform. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in merchant/vendor onboarding, supply-side sales, or marketplace growth roles.

• Identify and onboard artists and photographers through calls, visits, and referrals
• Explain platform benefits, pricing, and onboarding process
• Ensure smooth documentation, cataloging, and profile setup
• Build a strong pipeline of creative partners
• Coordinate with internal teams for quality checks and uploads
• Meet monthly onboarding and activation targets
• Maintain onboarding data and reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 24 years experience in onboarding or sales roles
• Strong phone and field communication Skills
