Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Handle inbound calls from customers to generate leads and convert them into paying clients.
Conduct cold calling campaigns to reach out to potential customers and schedule appointments.
Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, update records, and analyze sales performance.
Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management team.

Job Requirements :

1-5 years of experience in B2C sales or telesales industry.
Proficiency in Kannada, Tamil, Telugu languages (written & spoken).
Strong communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations.
