Role Type: Field Role (Daily Travel) | Working Days: MondaySaturday

What will you be doing

  • Research catchment areas to identify potential properties for onboarding
  • Meet property owners and present OYOs value proposition
  • Develop Company Serviced business plans jointly with property owners
  • Drive onboarding process from lead generation to property going live on OYO platform
  • Review agreed SLAs periodically with property owners
  • Track market trends and real estate developments in assigned territory
  • Resolve escalations between owners and internal teams (Operations/Revenue)

Key Performance Indicators

  • Number of sellable rooms signed and made live month-on-month
  • Revenue and gross margin generated from onboarded properties
  • Company Serviced performance & growth

Required Skills

  • Strong networking and relationship-building ability
  • Contract reading and basic legal understanding
  • ERP/App usage, MS Excel, email drafting
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving ability

Who are we looking for

  • 27 years of experience
  • Experience in B2B sales / client onboarding
  • Hospitality or travel industry experience preferred
