Position: Supply Growth Head
Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Role Type: Field Leadership Role

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Supply Growth Head to lead a team responsible for onboarding hotels/properties, expanding supply, and driving revenue growth in the Nagpur market.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead & manage a team of Business Development Managers
  
• Identify, acquire, and onboard new hotels/properties in the region
  
• Expand supply in new and existing micro-markets
  
• Build strong relationships with property owners and developers
  
• Achieve monthly supply growth and revenue targets
  
• Ensure newly onboarded properties go live and generate business
  
• Monitor performance of properties and drive improvements
  
• Develop referral network through brokers, agents, and local partners
  
• Conduct regular field visits and market mapping
  

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Sellable rooms signed & made live month-on-month
  
• Occupancy performance of newly onboarded properties
  
• Gross margin and revenue contribution
  

Eligibility / Requirements

• 5 - 8 years of Sales / Business Development experience
  
• Minimum 2 years of team-handling experience
  
• Hospitality / Real Estate / Travel / Startup experience preferred
  
• Strong negotiation & stakeholder management skills
  
• Willingness to travel extensively
  
• Proficiency in Excel, Apps, and email communication
  

Education: Graduate / MBA preferred
