Role & responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound voice calls for USA/UK customers
• Pitch products/services and close sales
• Manage B2B/B2C client interactions
• Achieve sales targets
• Maintain CRM and sales reports

Mandatory Skills

• International Voice Process (USA/UK)
• Inside Sales / Voice Sales
• B2B / B2C Exposure
• Excellent English Communication
