Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Gurugram
Working Days: Monday -Saturday

CTC - Max upto 15 - 25% hike overall.


Role Type: Field Role (Daily Travel Required)


About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive property acquisition, lead generation, and leasing partnerships. This is a field-intensive role that involves market mapping, site visits, negotiations, and onboarding properties to expand our business.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new properties (hotels, commercial spaces, serviced apartments).
  • Generate and qualify leads through brokers, landlords, developers, and consultants.
  • Conduct property inspections, feasibility studies, and negotiations for finalizing deals.
  • Close leasing / acquisition agreements with property owners.
  • Coordinate with legal, operations, and onboarding teams to ensure smooth property launches.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with property owners and partners.
  • Develop a strong pipeline of properties to ensure consistent business growth.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Number of properties signed / leased monthly
  • Number of sellable rooms / units onboarded
  • Contribution margin from new acquisitions
  • Lead-to-deal conversion ratio

Who Were Looking For

  • Experience: 2 7 years in business development / property acquisition / leasing / hospitality expansion
  • Strong networking & negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of real estate / hospitality sector is an advantage
  • Excellent analytical & communication skills
  • Comfortable with field visits and independent lead generation
