We are looking for a Customer Support Executive for a Voice Process to handle inbound/outbound customer calls, resolve queries, and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused attitude.
Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally
Understand customer issues and provide accurate solutions
Resolve customer complaints and queries within defined TAT
Maintain proper call records and customer details
Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards
Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when required
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction on every call
Excellent verbal communication skills (English / Hindi / Regional language as required)
Ability to handle customers politely and patiently
Good listening and problem-solving skills
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (as per company requirement)
