Position Description:Location: BLR / HYD / CHN / PUNE / MUM
Shift Timing: 2pm to 11pm
Education Qualification: B.E, MBA in finance good to have
Position Description: Business Analyst with Core Banking background - digital banking Payments
- Your future duties and responsibilities: Must have Skills- Gather and analyze business requirements
- Develop functional specifications or user stories and process models
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Proficiency in tools like MS Excel, Power Point, Visio, Azure Dev-ops etc
- Understanding of business processes and project management methodologies
- Sound knowledge in Core banking system with hands on experience with retails banking, payments and 3rd party integrations etc
- Good understanding and experience of the various Agile frameworks Good to have Skills- Knowledge of specific technical tools and languages like SQL, Power BI or Tableu
- Familiarity with methodologies like Agile, Six Sigma, and specific modeling techniques like Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN)
- Proficiency with software used for data analysis, modeling, using various database tools.
