Activities and responsibilities of Regional Cybersecurity Coordinator, who will be responsible for:
Acting as the interface between local business teams (lab, shopfloor & facility management) and the central IT/OT management,
Ensuring compliance with industrial security policies by monitoring the implementation of security measures,
Strengthening the security of industrial systems (OT/ICS) by coordinating cybersecurity actions at the regional level across all sites,
Providing regional coordination in case of incidents and following up on associated remediation plans,
Monitoring the implementation of preventive measures adapted to industrial environments. Knowledge of industrial environments (SCADA, PLC, DCS) (1)
Mastery of industrial protocols (Modbus, OPC-UA, Profibus)
Skills in networking, systems, and OT/IT security
Proficiency with ticketing and monitoring tools (ITSM, SIEM, industrial EDR/IDS)
Ability to intervene without disrupting production
Knowledge of standards: ISO 27001, IEC 62443, ISO 27019
Provide Level 3 functional support and contribute to process improvement
Analyze, filter, qualify, and log new business requests for central team handling, then monitor their implementation
Maturity security level definition and follow up Track and handle security incidents and report on their resolution, coordinated with the central team to improve incident and escalation handling
Coordinate and participate in audits and compliance checks
Coordinate and participate in cybersecurity awareness campaigns and training for local teams (maintenance, lab, production, IT)
Coordinate and support the mapping of critical systems (IT, LABS, OT, SCADA, PLC, DCS)
Collaborate with site and regional cybersecurity representatives and competent authorities on the implementation of cybersecurity measures
Monitor the vulnerability detection and remediation plan
Lead regional governance, report security indicators, coordinate with sites
Technical and security documentation updating
