We're looking for a Pre-Sales Manager with 8+ years of experience in IT services to drive lead generation, demand generation, and growth of new logos/accounts. The ideal candidate will identify opportunities by engaging directly with startups and mid-sized companies to bring them to the discussion table. Hands-on with LinkedIn crawling, networking platforms and lead generation actively.
JOB TITLE: Sales Manager
Experience: 8+ years in sales, lead generation, or growth marketing within IT services setup, managed P&L and worked on targets.

Customer Engagement: Direct interaction with startups and mid-sized companies to set up discussions
Lead Generation & Demand Generation: Identify, qualify, and nurture high-quality leads in the IT services.
Sales Funnel Management: Work closely with the reporting officer to move prospects through the funnel
Email & Social Media Marketing: Leverage email, LinkedIn, and other platforms for engagement
Communication & Presentation: Strong email writing, communication skills, and ability to craft impactful presentations
Data Analysis & Reporting Expertise in Excel (XLS) for data crunching and PowerPoint (PPT) for presentations
Technical Skills: (Good to have)
Exposure of Agentic AI domain, Data Governance
