Business Development Manager @ Ani Integrated

Job Description

• Identify and develop new business in engineering, construction, and industrial projects
  
• Handle clients such as manufacturing plants, FMCG, pharma, and chemical companies
  
• Understand project manpower requirements (skilled, semi-skilled, engineers, supervisors, workers)
  
• Coordinate with HR and operations teams for sourcing and deployment of manpower
  
• Ensure smooth manpower mobilization, attendance, and continuity at sites
  
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and resolve manpower-related issues
  
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial discussions Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in Business Development in Engineering, Construction, EPC, or Industrial manpower services
  
• Hands-on exposure to construction / project manpower handling
  
• Experience dealing with large industrial or manufacturing clients (direct or indirect)
  
• Good communication and coordination skills
