Join us as a Senior UI Developer and help shape the user experience of Sirions AI-powered SaaS platform. With over 4 years of hands-on front-end engineering experience, you will design intuitive, performant, and visually compelling interfaces used by global enterprises. Your work will directly influence how users interact with Sirions intelligent workflows, insights, and automation capabilities making UI a critical pillar of the product experience.
Process for the Interview
Coding test to be shared by Recruiter for all shortlisted candidates followed by 2 rounds of Technical Interview.

How Youll Make an Impact
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality frontend components, collaborating closely with design, product, and backend teams to craft seamless and responsive user interfaces. You will ensure that Sirions UI is elegant, scalable, and aligned with modern engineering standards.
- Build and enhance UI components using React and TypeScript.
- Use React Hooks, Context API, and Redux to implement scalable state management.
- Collaborate with designers to translate UX wireframes into pixel-perfect, responsive UI.
- Implement modern build systems using Webpack, Babel, or similar tooling.
- Write clean, reusable CSS using SASS/LESS or CSS-in-JS libraries like Styled Components.
- Develop robust unit and component tests using frameworks such as Jest or React Testing Library.
- Work with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and package managers (npm/Yarn) as part of modern development workflows.
- Ensure smooth integration between the frontend and backend by collaborating with API and engineering teams.
- Provide mentorship to junior developers and contribute to UI best practices.
- Continuously evaluate emerging frontend technologies to enhance performance and user experience.
Skills & Experience You Bring to the Table
Experience & Education
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years of professional experience in frontend engineering with a strong focus on React.
Core Technical Expertise
Advanced proficiency in React (including React 18+ features such as concurrent rendering, automatic batching, etc.), JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
Hands-on experience with MUI (Material UI), including theme customization, component overrides, and design system implementation.
Experience with modern UI patterns, component-based architecture, and state management libraries (e.g., Redux Toolkit or React Query).
Strong understanding of CSS preprocessors such as SASS/LESS and responsive UI design best practices.
Good to have: Experience working with Microsoft Word JavaScript APIs (Office.js), including taskpane add-ins and document manipulation.
Strong knowledge of bundling tools such as Webpack, with the ability to configure loaders, plugins, optimizations, and custom build workflows.
Soft Skills
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Capability to review code, provide feedback, and guide junior engineers.
