Power the Future of AI & Why This Role Matters
Join us as a Legal Analyst and drive critical contract intelligence and compliance initiatives within our AI Delivery team. You will leverage your legal expertise and analytical skills to extract, validate, and interpret contract data, supporting AI models and ensuring regulatory compliance. Collaborating closely with AI engineers, product teams, and clients, you will enhance the accuracy and relevance of our contract analysis capabilities in a fast-evolving technological environment.
How Youll Make an Impact
- Lead contract data extraction Review, analyze, and interpret contracts to identify key legal terms and obligations using AI tools and manual validation.
- Collaborate with AI teams Train, test, and improve AI models by providing expert legal feedback and translating business needs into model requirements.
- Ensure data quality and compliance Conduct rigorous quality checks to verify contract data accuracy and maintain compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Develop and manage contract intelligence frameworks Create clear guidelines and taxonomies for labeling and categorizing contract data.
- Support product development Provide actionable feedback and assist in testing new features that enhance contract analysis and reporting capabilities.
- Engage with clients Serve as a subject matter expert during client interactions, understanding requirements and delivering clear, compliant solutions.
- Document processes and compliance rules Maintain comprehensive records and update documentation to support continuous improvement and audit readiness.
- Communicate effectively Collaborate across cross-functional teams and convey complex legal concepts in accessible language for technical and business stakeholders.
Skills & Experience You Bring to the Table
- Legal Expertise: Strong understanding of contract law, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
- Experience-3-5 Years in the legal domain
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with AI-driven contract tools and software for document review and data extraction.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex contract language and extract meaningful business insights.
- Quality Focus: Meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and process compliance.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and clients.
- Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and evolving requirements.
