Power the Future of AI & Why This Role Matters
As a Senior Software Engineer Python, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining automation solutions that enhance our platforms capabilities. Your expertise in Python and APIs will ensure the quality, scalability, and performance of automation workflows supporting multiple enterprise functions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and innovate at the forefront of AI-powered contract lifecycle management.
How Youll Make an Impact
- Design, develop, and maintain robust automation solutions using Python and complementary programming languages.
- Implement best practices for coding standards, design patterns, quality assurance, and system performance.
- Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and operations to deliver seamless project execution.
- Monitor and optimize the execution of automation bots to ensure high reliability and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs in automation scripts and production applications.
- Support code development efforts for both automation scripts and production-level systems.
Skills & Experience You Bring to the Table
Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
5-7 years of professional experience in Python development, with strong API and REST framework proficiency.
Working knowledge of Java, RPA tools, and VBA is a plus.
Frontend: HTML5, CSS3, JS/TS, React/Angular/Vue, Redux/Vuex
Backend: Python, Node.js, Java, C#, Express/Django/Spring Boot/.NET Core, SQL/NoSQL, REST/GraphQL APIs, OAuth2/JWT
Additional: Cloud (AWS/Azure/K8s), CI/CD, VBA automation, Git/GitHub, debugging & deployment
Experience with database management and performance optimization.
Familiarity with machine learning (ML) and generative AI technologies is advantageous.
Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams.
Flexibility to work with multiple programming languages as per project needs.
Willingness to relocate to the Gurgaon office location.
