Skill Requirements

• Strong technical skills in Apex, Visualforce, LWC.
• Excellent knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud.
• Excellent knowledge in Integrations.
• Good understanding of Agentforce. Good Communication Skills.

Role Expectations

• Design Salesforce Solutions in line with Customer Requirements.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders to define technical roadmap.
• Guide and review solutions developed by team.
• Be the SME for identified Salesforce Solution Areas.

Should Have
Appropriate Salesforce Certifications (Technical Architect, PD-I, PD-II, Java Script)
