Job Description
Role & responsibilities
We are hiring Relationship Managers to handle field sales and client relationship activities for our insurance partners. The ideal candidate should have prior customer acquisition, and must be comfortable with regular client interactions and on-site visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
- Identify and develop leads through field visits, cold calls, and referrals.
- Company-provided leads (3040%) and self-generated leads.
- Clearly and professionally explain product features
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent follow-ups and conversions.
Candidate Requirements
- Age Limit: Up to 35 years
- Two-wheeler & Valid Driving License: Mandatory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for sales
