Position: Domestic IT Recruiter
Experience: 2 years to 3 years
Mode of Work: 100% Onsite
Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad

Job Description:

End-to-end recruitment for domestic IT roles
Experience working on both C2H (Contract-to-Hire) and permanent positions
Sourcing candidates from various job portals and social platforms
Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews
Coordinating interviews with clients and following up
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
