Develop and configure ServiceNow applications and modules including Incident, Problem, Change Management, Service Catalog, CMDB, and Asset Management.
Design and implement workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, and notifications.
Customize forms, tables, and fields to meet business needs.
Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues and bugs.
Maintain system performance, security, and data integrity.
Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
Perform system upgrades, patches, and testing.
Support end-user training and adoption.
Proven experience (typically 2-5 years) in ServiceNow development and administration.
Strong knowledge of ITSM processes and ITIL framework.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform modules: Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, etc.
Proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS, Jelly scripting, and REST/SOAP web services.
Experience with ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve platform issues effectively.
Good understanding of database concepts, SQL queries.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Developer certification.
Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting.
Exposure to Agile development methodologies.
Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure).
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
