Key Responsibilities

Lead Kinaxis RapidResponse implementations, enhancements, and integrations across supply chain functions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Kinaxis configurations.
Design and build supply chain planning solutions including demand planning, inventory optimization, capacity planning, and SOP.
Integrate Kinaxis with ERP systems, especially JDE, ensuring seamless data flow and process alignment.
Develop and maintain dashboards, scenarios, and analytics within Kinaxis.
Provide training, support, and documentation for end-users and internal teams.
Troubleshoot issues and provide continuous improvement recommendations.
Participate in cross-functional project teams and contribute to strategic supply chain initiatives. Required Skills Qualifications
8 to 10 years of experience in supply chain planning and technology implementation.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse.
Familiarity with JDE Supply Chain modules such as Inventory, Procurement, and Sales Order Management.
Strong understanding of supply chain processes and KPIs.
Experience with data integration tools and techniques (ETL, APIs, middleware).
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. Preferred Qualifications
Kinaxis RapidResponse certification.
Experience in global or multi-site supply chain environments.
Exposure to other ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
