Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Associate Vice President (SAVP) Product Programs to drive strategic initiatives across Product, Data, and operational excellence.
This role demands a leader who is equally comfortable with product strategy, data-driven decision-making, user insight generation, and scaling operational frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Portfolio Ownership
- Own and scale product lines or strategic product modules.
- Translate customer needs, market intelligence, and competitive insights into product roadmaps.
- Partner with Product Managers to define product vision, success metrics, and feature priorities.
- Track product performance, adoption, user behavior, and key product KPIs.
Data Strategy & Insights
- Oversee data initiatives across datasets, data quality, structuring, and delivery.
- Develop frameworks for data enrichment, classification, and automation.
- Build dashboards and analytical models that provide insights for product and business teams.
- Ensure the highest accuracy, freshness, and reliability of data pipelines and outputs.
Operations & Process Optimization
- Design operational frameworks that enable efficiency, scalability, and consistent delivery.
- Implement automation, workflow tools, and operational controls to optimize data & product processes.
- Drive continuous improvement across product operations, data workflows, and cross-team execution.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Marketing, and Business teams.
- Ensure alignment across functions on product strategy, data initiatives, and operational priorities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- 9-13 years of experience in product strategy, data platforms, analytics, or product/data operations, preferably in high-growth or technology-led environments.
- Proven track record of scaling product lines, data ecosystems, or information-heavy platforms, including roadmap ownership and KPI-driven execution.
- Deep expertise in leveraging data for product decision-making
- Strong understanding of data workflows, data quality, and automation for data operations.
- Hands-on experience working with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Analytics teams to translate business needs into product specs and data requirements.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, with the ability to convert complex data insights into clear product and business recommendations.
