Role & responsibilities

Job Title: Siebel Administrator / Support

Experience: 8-10 years
Location: Mumbai / Hyderabad / Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Siebel CRM environments (Development, Test, Production).
• Perform Siebel application installation, configuration, and upgrades.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to Siebel servers, components, and integrations.
• Handle user management, security settings, and access controls.
• Provide L2/L3 support for Siebel application incidents and service requests.
• Work closely with development and infrastructure teams for deployments and fixes.
• Ensure adherence to ITIL processes for incident, change, and problem management.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Siebel CRM Administration (8+ years).
• Expertise in Siebel architecture, server components, and configuration.
• Hands-on experience with Siebel Tools, SRF deployment, and EAI integrations.
• Knowledge of Oracle Database and Linux/Unix environments.
• Familiarity with Siebel performance tuning and troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of Siebel upgrades and patching.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Siebel Open UI.
• Knowledge of scripting and automation tools.
