Job Description

Role & responsibilities

The role involves managing the end-to-end lifecycle of customer contracts from creation, validation, and updates to closure and renewal. You will ensure contract accuracy, compliance with company policies, and timely processing to support the sales, finance, and service delivery teams.

  • Review, draft, and process customer contracts, amendments, and renewals in line with approved templates and commercial terms.
    Validate contract data such as pricing, billing details, term dates, and service configurations before submission.
    Coordinate with internal stakeholders (sales, legal, finance, delivery) for contract approvals and clarifications.
    Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in the Contract Management System (CMS) or CRM.
    Track contract expiry and renewal timelines; flag discrepancies or pending approvals.
    Ensure all executed contracts are archived as per compliance and audit requirements.
    Support audits and internal reviews by providing documentation and status reports.
    Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to streamline the contract life cycle.
