Role Overview

The Customer Service International Voice Supervisor BPS is responsible for leading and managing a team of customer service executives handling international voice processes. The role focuses on ensuring high-quality service delivery, meeting SLAs, improving customer satisfaction, and driving team performance in a BPS environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily operations of the international voice customer service team
  • Monitor calls to ensure quality, compliance, and customer experience standards
  • Manage team performance against KPIs such as AHT, CSAT, FCR, and SLA
  • Conduct regular team meetings, coaching, and performance feedback sessions
  • Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution
  • Prepare and analyze MIS, performance, and productivity reports
  • Coordinate with Quality, Training, and Operations teams for continuous improvement
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and compliance standards
