Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Demand Manager responsible for generating corporate demand, onboarding corporate clients, managing key accounts, and driving revenue through B2B partnerships.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate demand from corporate clients, travel agencies, and institutions
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
  • Develop & manage corporate accounts for repeat business
  • Liaise with hotels and internal teams for booking fulfillment
  • Ensure revenue growth and monthly target achievement
  • Maintain strong relationships with corporate decision-makers
  • Work on-field for client acquisition and retention

Requirements

  • 26 years of experience in Corporate Sales / B2B Sales / Travel / Hospitality
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment
  • Willing to travel locally for meetings
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel & Email communication
  • Education: Graduate / MBA preferred

Compensation

  • Salary: 4 LPA 7 LPA + Incentives
  • Maximum hike approval will be 15% 25% based on current CTC and interview performance
