Department: New Product Development (Bakery NPD)

Travel Requirement: 20% of time

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Bakery Service Executive to join our New Product Development team. This is a specialized role designed for a dynamic professional with 4-5 years of hands-on experience in the bakery industry. The successful candidate will provide technical and application support for yeast and bakery ingredients, drive new product development initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions in the bakery sector.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree ( B.Sc ./M.Sc./B.E./B.Tech.) in Food Technology, Food Science, or related discipline MBA or equivalent professional certification is a plus

Core Experience

Minimum 4-5 years of professional experience in the bakery industry Hands-on experience in bakery manufacturing, ingredient formulation, or allied food industry sectors

• Proven experience in product development, trials management, and application testing

Sound knowledge of bakery ingredients and their functional properties

• Experience working in ERP systems (mandatory)
