Executive Batch Release | QA | Glenmark Goa

Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Review of analytical documents related to in-process and finished product of commercial batches
• Release of finished products along with COA as per specification
• Continued Process verification of batches during release
• Perform odor testing of finished product
• Review of analytical reports of process validation and Hold time study
• Coordination with other team member to ensure the completeness/closure of any Incidents/ Deviations/ OOS/ OOT present in the batch before stock posting/batch release
• Coordinating with IPQA/ QC/ PPIC/ warehouse and other stakeholder from various locations (QP's from EU, NJO, ROW market), for getting all the relevant documents for batch releases
• Stock posting of finished product batches in SAP
• Blocking and rejection of finished product batches
• Providing the release document (Q-COA/ COA/ COM) to concerned stakeholder
• Perform Internal audit of QC laboratory as per audit schedule and check for compliance

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate with USFDA/MHRA would be preferred.
