Job Description

We are looking for an energetic Demand Manager responsible for generating business demand, onboarding corporate clients, managing relationships, and achieving revenue targets through B2B corporate partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate demand from corporate companies, travel partners, and institutions
  
• Conduct client visits, presentations, and negotiations
  
• Build & manage corporate accounts for repeat business
  
• Coordinate with hotels and internal operations teams
  
• Achieve monthly revenue and sales targets
  
• Maintain strong corporate client relationships
  
• On-field role focusing on client acquisition & retention
  

Requirements

• 26 years of experience in Corporate Sales / B2B Sales / Travel / Hospitality
  
• Excellent communication & client handling skills
  
• Target-oriented mindset
  
• Willingness to travel within the city
  
• Working knowledge of MS Excel & Email communication
  
• Education: Graduate / MBA preferred
  

Compensation

• Salary: 4 LPA 7 LPA + Incentives
  
• Maximum hike approval will be 15% 25% based on current CTC and interview performance
