Job Role: General Manager - Contractors Outsourcing Division (TOCD)

Experience : 8-10 Years

Qualification : BTech (Civil) / MBA

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage Pan India operations for the Contractors Outsourcing Division. Oversee contractor sourcing, onboarding, deployment, and performance management across multiple locations. Develop and implement business strategies to expand outsourcing services nationwide. Coordinate with clients, project heads, and internal teams to ensure timely manpower supply and project execution. Ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are met at all project sites. Manage vendor relationships and contractor agreements, including negotiations and renewals. Monitor budgets, costs, and profitability of outsourcing operations. Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery. Recruit, train, and mentor regional managers and field teams. Prepare and present performance reports to senior management. Handle issue resolution and escalations related to manpower, contractors, and clients. Support business development activities by identifying new markets and opportunities.
