Job Summary
As a Technical Lead you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing high-quality software solutions using Python Scala and ANSI SQL. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that align with business objectives. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work both remotely and on-site ensuring flexibility and work-life balance.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of software applications using Python Scala and ANSI SQL to meet business requirements. Python is must Scala is good to have and important very good SQL skills to clear customer interview.
- Oversee the integration of new technologies into existing systems to enhance functionality and performance.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
- Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Analyze and resolve complex technical issues to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation to support system maintenance and future development.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all technical activities.
- Participate in agile development processes to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide updates.
- Optimize database queries and scripts to improve system efficiency and performance.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate expertise in ANSI SQL Scala and Python with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
- Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
- Have experience in agile development methodologies and practices.
- Show proficiency in optimizing database queries and scripts for performance.
- Display a strong understanding of software development life cycle and best practices.
- Hold a bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
