Job Description

Middleware;Oracle WebLogic Server|As a Cloud Support Engineer; you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise in Oracle WebLogic and AWS environments.

You will work closely with our clients to troubleshoot issues; optimize performance; and ensure the reliability and security of their cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:Primary-Spring boot and Java-AWS rather have stronger AWS admin and monitoring.

• Strictly monitoring but on weekends
• Provide technical support for Oracle WebLogic; including installation; configuration; and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to WebLogic server performance; connectivity; and security.
• Support databases including Oracle Database; Oracle MySQL Enterprise; Microsoft SQL Server; and IBM DB2.Ensure .NET interoperability and native integration with other middleware and APIs.
• Implement and maintain a security model that separates security code from business logic.
• Collaborate with AWS cloud services to optimize and manage cloud infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.
• Document technical procedures and provide training to clients and team members.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions.
