Job Title: Implementation & Data Services Analyst / Sr. Analyst
Department: Client Services - IDS
Location: Pune
Reports To: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager
Job Summary:
The Implementation & Data Services Analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless experience for our clients by managing the onboarding process, facilitating policy renewals, and addressing any changes or requests. This position involves collaboration with various stakeholders, including Client Service Managers, Producers, and internal departments, to ensure successful setups and resolutions for clients. The analyst will serve as a subject matter expert, troubleshoot complex issues, and represent the IDS team in corporate initiatives, all while maintaining a focus on client needs and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Onboarding:
- Coordinate with clients/CSMs to gather necessary information and documentation for setting up new accounts.
- Ensure accurate entry of client data into the system.
2. Policy Renewals:
- Monitor upcoming policy renewal dates and proactively reach out to clients/CSMs.
- Review current policies and discuss any changes or updates with clients/CSMs.
3. Client Requests and Changes:
- Address client inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
- Facilitate changes to existing policies as requested by clients/CSMs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently.
4. Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients/CSMs to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Act as a liaison between clients and Gallaghers internal departments.
5. Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Prepare regular reports on client activity and service metrics.
6. Technical Expertise and Troubleshooting:
- Serve as IDS Subject Matter Expert for internal and external requests, assignments, and projects.
- Troubleshoot complex issues related to Risx-Facs and IDS applications.
- Represent IDS as needed in corporate initiatives.
- Serve as backup to Senior Analyst.
Skills and Competencies Required:
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to client service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and required system and computer applications.
- Strong understanding of insurance products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
