Sr Solution Architect (AWS Java Full stack).
Job Summary: We are looking for a seasoned and visionary Solution Architect II with over 15 years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-grade solutions.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AWS cloud services, Java Full Stack development, and a strong understanding of modern architectural patterns.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can align technology with business goals, lead cross-functional teams, and drive innovation across complex systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions using AWS and Java Full Stack technologies.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to define solution architecture and technical roadmaps.
- Lead end-to-end solutioning efforts including system integration, cloud migration, and modernization initiatives.
- Provide architectural guidance and mentorship to development teams across multiple projects.
- Participate in presales activities including technical solutioning, proposal development, and client presentations.
- Ensure adherence to architectural standards, best practices, and governance processes.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies to enhance system capabilities.
- Oversee the implementation of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for efficient delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience in software development and solution architecture.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway, etc.).
- Proven expertise in Java Full Stack development (Spring Boot, REST APIs, Angular/React, etc.).
- Deep understanding of microservices architecture, API design, and cloud-native development.
- Experience in leading large-scale digital transformation or modernization projects.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in complex technical environments.
Good to Have Skills:
- AWS Certification (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional).
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with DevOps tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Terraform).
- Exposure to data platforms, analytics, or AI/ML integration.
- Knowledge of security and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOC2).
- Experience with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, or Workday.
- Understanding of Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies.
