Oversee MS IT Infra support team functions
Performs general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, printers and any other authorised peripheral equipment.
Ensure there are no freeware/unlicensed software are installed on Endpoints.
Ensure the daily checklist are performed and updated (VC connectivity/Wireless/LAN connectivity, etc., are working fine)
IT shift Engineer shift management.
Act as an escalation point of contact for the desktop support in Mindsprint.
Ensure all the incidents and Service requests are recorded in Ticketing Tool. Review daily pending tickets and closely follow-up and bring it to closure
Print server and local file server management.
Manage Video Conferencing system.
