Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Sandbox Personalizations, VBCS/APEX, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and Reporting.
The candidate should have hands-on experience in implementations, enhancements, and re-design projects, and be capable of working closely with functional, business, and integration teams to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Oracle Fusion Technical Development
- Design and develop solutions using:
- Sandbox Personalizations
- Page Composer / Application Composer
- VB Studio / VBCS / APEX
- Develop and customize Oracle Fusion UI extensions and business logic
- Build and maintain extensions using Oracle-recommended best practices
Integration (OIC)
- Design and develop integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Develop and maintain:
- REST / SOAP integrations
- File-based integrations
- Scheduled and event-based integrations
- Handle integrations between Fusion and external systems
- Manage error handling, logging, and performance tuning
Reporting & Analytics
- Develop and maintain reports using:
- OTBI
- BI Publisher
- Custom SQL-based reports
- Design dashboards and operational reports
- Support finance, SCM, and business reporting needs
Implementation & Support
- Participate in end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementations
- Support:
- Requirement analysis
- Technical design
- Development & testing
- UAT & production deployment
- Provide production support and performance tuning
- Prepare technical design documents and deployment guides
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with functional consultants and business users
- Support offshoreonsite coordination
- Provide technical guidance to junior team members
- Participate in design reviews and technical discussions
Required Skills & Experience
- 15+ years of experience in Oracle ERP / Oracle Fusion Technical roles
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- Sandbox Personalizations
- VBCS / Oracle APEX
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- BI Publisher & OTBI Reporting
- Strong understanding of:
- Oracle Fusion architecture
- REST / SOAP web services
- SQL / PL-SQL
- Experience with Fusion modules (Finance / SCM) is a strong plus
- Experience in implementation and re-design project
- Oracle Fusion Technical Certification
- Experience in multi-instance / global implementations
- Exposure to CI/CD for Fusion extensions
- Knowledge of security roles, data access, and audit controls
