Job Summary

The Functional Lead will play a pivotal role in optimizing and managing Netsuite ERP processes, focusing on Acquire to Retire, Record to Report, and Procure to Pay. With a hybrid work model and day shift, the candidate will leverage their expertise to enhance operational efficiency and drive impactful solutions, contributing significantly to the companys growth and societal impact.

Responsibilities

• - Lead the optimization of Netsuite ERP processes, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across Acquire to Retire, Record to Report, and Procure to Pay modules. - Oversee the implementation of best practices in Netsuite ERP to enhance operational efficiency and streamline business processes. - Provide expert guidance on Netsuite ERP functionalities, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system issues, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. - Develop and maintain documentation for Netsuite ERP processes, ensuring clarity and accessibility for all stakeholders. - Conduct regular system audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. - Facilitate training sessions for team members, enhancing their understanding and proficiency in Netsuite ERP functionalities. - Monitor system performance and implement necessary improvements to optimize functionality and user experience. - Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Netsuite ERP enhancements. - Support the integration of Netsuite ERP with other business systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Netsuite ERP environment, fostering innovation and efficiency. - Ensure effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders to align Netsuite ERP functionalities with business needs. - Provide strategic insights and recommendations to enhance Netsuite ERP capabilities and support business growth. -

Certifications Required

Netsuite ERP Consultant Certification, CA or equivalent accounting certification.
