Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Associate Lead - Operations Excellence to join our team at Microland Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations excellence and be able to drive process improvements.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement operational excellence strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new processes.
Measure and report on key performance indicators to track progress.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with process changes.
Provide training and support to employees on new processes.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Proven experience in operations excellence or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Experience with process improvement tools and techniques.
